Call (865) 390-3353. A real person picks up Monday through Saturday during business hours. After-hours voicemails are returned by end of business day. For real-estate transactions on a deadline, leave the closing date in your voicemail and we’ll prioritize.

Hours

Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: closed (voicemails returned Monday morning)

If a voicemail goes to us before 5 PM on a business day, expect a return call the same day. After 5 PM — next morning by 9 AM.

What to mention when you call

• Your address (we’ll pull the assessor record and confirm the crawl-space configuration)
• Year built, if you know it
• Foundation type if you know it (block, brick pier, poured wall, stone)
• What prompted the call — musty smell, home inspector flagged it, real-estate transaction, water in the crawl, sagging floors, mold visible, etc.
• Closing date if this is for a real-estate transaction

You don’t need any of this to call — we can pull most of it from the assessor record once we have your address. But the more we know up front, the more accurate the on-site inspection scope and quote.

We don’t recommend email as the first contact method because crawl-space inspections move faster on a phone call. If you do email us first, expect us to follow up by phone.

We cover Knoxville plus the surrounding East Tennessee metro: Maryville, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Powell, Halls, Fountain City, West Knoxville, Bearden, Sequoyah Hills, plus Karns and surrounding Knox County communities. If you’re outside Knox, Blount, or Anderson county, call us anyway — we still take on jobs in the broader Eastern Tennessee corridor when scheduling allows.
